Chapter 55: Stay here

The whole Friday I was a bundle of nerves and the time seemed to move twice as fast. After I couldn't handle the nerves anymore, I took an extra long shower to get ready and put the music on the boxes extra loud to drown out my own thoughts. I let my wet hair down and snuggled into a towel, ready to search for Damon.

Damon walked around the corner in a dark blue suit, his hair and stubble styled to perfection. He was just adjusting his cufflinks and walked towards me with a frown on his face. “You're already dressed? You look goddamn sexy.” I said with a smile. I checked the clock on the wall and saw it was only 8pm. I turned to him with a frown, wondering why he was still silent and already ready.
