Aláine's Point of View The following morning, we took Axel for a run before breakfast. It was good to see that he could run again and loved running throughout the forest. I didn't need to run with him, as he would take off and return often. It also gave me a chance to have quality time with Kristof, which didn't involve sex. When we sat for breakfast, Kristof explained that Michel would take Daniel, Jake and me for training. We would train together, so I could get used to their fighting style. Aláine's Point of View Tomorrow night was the first full moon after my shift. Kristof and I were to be mated in front of our pack. During the two weeks, Kristof had taken me into their little township to meet many of the pack members. It was nerve-wracking, but it gave me a sense of purpose too. Prophecy In the beginning, there was nothing, just chaos. From chaos came the primordial beings. The first primordial being to spring forth from the void of chaos was Gaea, the Earth Mother. Through a virgin birth, her son and eventual husband was born. He was Ouranos, the Sky Father, and their love was such that it would last until the last universe exploded into nothing. Together, they sired the Titans, the Hekatonkheires known as the Hundred-Handed Ones and the Elder Cyclops.
