Chapter 32- Sebastian

My eyes flutter open. Ever pulled me out and saved me while I was able to save the other spirits that were trapped. I wasn’t able to shift. I tried the second I was out, but as I feared, I was stuck in phantom form for too long. I have no idea how long I was in there, but it was long enough for me to have trouble shifting back to human form. They got salt and forced me to shift, but when they did, I passed out.

I can assume being trapped in the crystal ball weakened me to some extent. While I was able to use my skills and practice my skills, I’m sure it drained me to do it. It was worth it, though, because I was able to help the other spirits.

Looking around, I realize I’m in Everly’s room, and that’s when I realize the weight that is on my arm. I find Ever curled up next to me, sleeping on my arm, which explains why it’s numb.
