Chapter 26

Mildred's POV

The red Lamborghini that came to pick us at the airport came to a halt at the front of a magnificent gigantic building. I had never seen a place as beautiful and as breathtaking as this in my entire life.

I couldn't believe such a place existed on earth, I thought I was in heaven. The streets that were made of what I would call gold were so neat that one would think people don't pass by it. Beautiful flowers were planted at the surroundings.

The people there looked taller than average humans, even their women, the few I saw on the streets were so tall that I could barely explain how tall they were. That explained why Arnold looked this tall and I guess he was taller than them all.

The place he called his palace was built of diamonds I guess, the view wasn't something I wanted to take my eyes off.

Arnold alighted from the car, after another tall handsome man, though not as tall and handsome as Arnold, opened the door for him.
