After all the events that happened last night, I don't know how I managed to fall asleep in my house. Damien and I walked to the cafeteria, the place seeming to be busier than it usually was. Everyone had shifts that ended at completely different hours of the day, which made the lunch hall empty for most of the day. Today it was like more than half the people that worked here had come down for lunch."What's going on?" I asked Damien as I skimmed over today's menu. Oh! Sushi and hotpot dumplings. People made way for us as we walked by because Damien had to be the most important person in the hall as a Head Scientist. With him, I even got to cut through the long line and order first. I got those delicious hotpot dumplings and some crispy and tangy pork ribs with extra marinade. I was starving, but when have I never been hungry?Damien got a chicken strip salad, grilled chicken and a bun with sesame seeds sprinkled on it. He also took a peach. We walked through the cafeteria in search of a good place to sit and we spotted Mica and Sharlene sitting together and laughing about something.

After asking into nothing if Sei was really there, I realized that it was ridiculous of me to do so, so I just drove home. I concluded that what happened, was only in my head. I have no idea why Sei, of all people, would be the one I thought of for comfort but I won't question it any further since it actually worked. I drove up to my familiar white painted house, getting welcomed by the beautiful red roses I had spent months trying to plant. They looked lovely but maintaining them was difficult, I would have to hire someone to do it after this unknown creature ordeal is over. "Coming!" A woman called out when I knocked. I shoved my hands back into my pockets, feeling cold. The rain had wet me while I was outside, so much that I was shaking a little bit. My clothes were partially soaked, making me want to rip them off my body.The door was yanked open and a woman that was about the same height as me faced me. She had blonde hair that was tied up into a messy bun and had a blue scrunchie around it. She was wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans, a white apron tied up from around her neck. She was wearing brown slippers, the colour being the same dark brown her small eyes had. "You must be Akielia. I thought you weren't coming anymore." She said with a tone I could not understand.
