The Alpha's Wedding

It was early in the morning. The sun rose glittering its light on the magnificent Castle. The birds were chirping, dancing to the melodious songs of their created lyrics. The  castle was bustling  with people. Going frantically and passing one another as they prepared for the big ceremony: 'The Alpha's Wedding.'

It was time that the prince would marry and be crowned as the King.

What a wonderful day!

Many maidens envied her to be Luna. To marry in the Houston castle meant living your whole life twisting and turning in richness and being a luna had its advantages. Especially when an alpha  was a handsome hunk.

"Have you seen the bride yet?" one maid said, folding the sheets on the table.

"No, have you?" Another answered.

"No, but, I heard she is beautiful and kind," the other said. They have been busy making sure it was sparkling clean. This wedding has caused so many people to empty their pockets. Everyone wanted to be noticed. To be perfect in everything, even the gossip mongers of maids.

"And the groom? Do you think it'll be Alpha Pharrell or Alpha Joseph?" At the mention of Joseph, the maids giggled. He was so handsome and a hot hunk. He was so flirtatious

"Oh! I'd like it to be Alpha Joseph because he is so wow." another maid said, twirling around.

"Just because he has the looks doesn't mean he has the ability to rule a kingdom" the other one objected

"And I'm going to dress my best so he could notice me. Maybe he'll leave his wife. Who knows? And why are you so quiet Clara?" The first maid asked.

"Nothing Abiola. Just thinking what if the king will be Alpha Pharell, that man has a good heart."

"No it can't be him, not when he's in that…" Abiola didn't finish her sentence.

"Come on ladies…chop-chop. This work won't do itself if you're busy gossiping" the senior maid said arriving where dinner is supposed to be eaten. The guests would start arriving soon.  Some important people from other countries are coming. Most of the important  royal families invited have arrived…especially the Noxus Pack. They were known as the second best pack  after the  Houston's pack.

The castle was decorated with big transparent balloons with neon lights inside. The chairs have been arranged in order and covered in white colour. The altar was fixed.

The greenery surrounding the area made it impossible for one to take their eyes off. The statues of the old alphas and Luna's  lined up, surrounding the waterfall serving as the reminder of the heroes of the past. With every magnificent old material yet formed into new…it  looked like a museum. It created a calm atmosphere.

The tables were arranged on the other side of the castle where there are statues of different animals made from grass… It was like a maze. They were decorated with different patterns from different cloths.

The senior maid, whose name is Marah, made sure everything was in order before attending to other things.

"Mrs Marah, her majesty is looking for you." One of the servants said and went back to her work.

"Your majesty, you called me," Marah said, bowing her head in a respectable manner.

"Yes I did. What do you think of this dress?" Queen Alina asked. She was 60 years old,no signs of ageing or any of those problems that old people faced.

Now she was asking whether the blue knee length was okay to be worn on her grandson's wedding and coronation of the king.

"Your majesty, I think it'll suit you better," Marah said, still bowing.

"Come on Marah, we've been friends for so long…tell me the truth" Queen Alima said as she sat on her bed.

"My Queen, you seem a little troubled. What's wrong?" Marah was moved to ask. The Queen mother wasn't alright.

"You're right. I'm not good. You know the society has not been accepting of him. And he's been cooped up in the house for years.Do you think they'll accept him if i crown him as an alpha ?" This has always been a problem. She loved her grandson so much, but society will always be society.

"Don't worry my Queen, everything will be alright. Everyone just has to accept fate. You know even the maids are unsure of what to do in this case" Marah said, brushing the Queen's hair.

She and Philip were trusted to do most of the crucial work and are trusted with the Prince's life and the secrets behind the castle.

After helping the Queen mother dress up, Marah left for alpha  Pharell's room. The moment she entered, she heard a cry of a maid as a glass cup was dropped down on her… the wax spilt on her legs leaving a red mark. The poor maid was crying.

"I see the monster has awoken. What had made you so angry, my prince?" Marah smiled and went towards Pharell.

"You can leave now Abiola" Marah said gesturing for the maid to leave.

"I told you to change that maid for me didn't i?" Pharrell looked directly at Marah who was busy folding his clothes.

"Yes you did. But I just wanted to see if you have any feelings for ladies or not?" She shrugged and attended to making his hair clean. Pharrell rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"I can do everything by myself you know right?" He said and shoved her hands away from his neck.

"Yeah right. I forgot you're not…"  She kept her mouth shut from his hard glare. Despite him being so young, he was intimidating and ruthless. She looked at him one more time.

"Congratulations my lord, you're getting married" she smiled at him.

"Marah!" He growled.

"I'll call Philips to wheel you out"  she turned to her heel and closed the door.

"Let's  see if the bride will attend the wedding" he mumbled. And looked through the window as more people arrived.

….

The drums in the wedding hall echoed. Everyone stood up to welcome the bride. The first bride arrived and they were wowed at her bewitching beauty.

The people thought that there was only one wedding. But, no.

Another rhythmic sound of drums echoed.

People murmured on seeing what's happening.

"No this can't be"

"How did the Houston Pack hide such a thing from us".
