JANNET’S POV

Once we stepped out of the train station, I followed Sky to a secluded tunnel in the village that was dark and as shady as it could get. It would have been the perfect spot for plotting a crime. My eyes fell on the delinquents who were sitting on one side of the tunnel, blowing a joint or maybe a cigarette.

They all looked in our direction and my face turned a little pale when I saw how scary they looked. One of them had electric blue hair that was spiked up and another one had tattoos inked on his entire face and bald head.

“Hey! You can’t pass from here.” the blue spike delinquent said and I gulped the lump in my throat.

Sky did not say anything and looked past his shoulder, “Follow me.” he said and the way he looked, I knew he was not joking. I wish he joked right now because my legs felt frozen at the spot.
