Chapter 3

❤️ Demon's Attack (Part 3) ❤️

"I am sorry, my King." the Queen of Hobgoblin apologized to Raziah, her head bowed.

"Whatever," she said in a dismissively tone. "Barwolf, get me my bow and arrows." she ordered her father. "Make it fast."

Barwolf hurried up to get what she asked forand he came to meet breathing heavily. He had ran all the way to Raziah room to bring her bow and arrows and ran back immediately

Taking her bags of arrows and bow from her father and strapping them on her back.

"My horse, must I keep reminding you of this father."

"Sorry." Barwolf whispered and went to bring Raziah horse. He was grateful that Raziah didn't slap him for forgetting to bring out her horse.

"Let's go." she said to the Queen of Hobgoblin.

Raziah was wearing a short gown that was sewn into tight a brais at the edge. It fitted her body, it was transparent on both the sides with her back and it barely covered her arse and wide hips. Her big bre.asts were barely fitted in it and the upper side could only tuck in half of her breasts. Holding her golden spear with one hand and climbing her black horse, holding the reins with her other hand, she galloped away with the Queen of Hobgoblin following close behind.

___

Hobgoblin Kingdom:

Arriving at the kingdom, not a single soul was in sight.

Stopping at the gate that leads inside the Hobgoblin Kingdom, she alighted from her horse and gave the reins to the Queen.

"Guide it like your life depends on it, if I see a tiny scratch on my horse, what I will do to you will be small compared to what those demons have been doing to you."

The Queen of Hobgoblin nodded her head and collected the horse reins from Raziah carefully.

"They will soon be coming, should I send some of my warriors to join you?" she asked.

"Of course, you don't expect me to fight the demons alone. I need people that will be chanting and hailing me when I fight them and fortunately for you, your warriors are the right people." Raziah answered, her eyes scanning around them. "Bye." saying that, she totally ignores the presence of the short Queen.

The Queen of Hobgoblin sighed and entered the gate and was careful with Raziah horse.

Once alone, Raziah took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She needed to focus on her surroundings.

Ever since she has Violet, the name of her wolf, it was as if a part of her that was dying spring back to life. Even though she couldn't transform into her full wolf yet, the strength of Violet has kept her going.

She had always wondered why she couldn't transform into her wolf, even violet couldn't tell and they came to a conclusion, the chains binding violet and the prison she was kept in. That can only be the reason why Raziah has never changed into her wolf before.

The gate behind her opened and the warriors of the Hobgoblin Kingdom came out to join Raziah. Most of them were with their swords, wooden lance with an iron tip, metal-headed mace, battle-axe, and dagger.

"Could you all be quiet? I am concentrating here." Raziah said without looking at them.

The warriors all looked at themselves in surprise as they all paused in their movement, they were as silent as a graveyard when they approached her, hence their surprise.

Raziah listened, staying in that position until midnight.

The demons must have known she was coming and that is why they did not come which means no fight. Her wolf wasn't happy. She sighed and was turning around to inform the Hobgoblin warriors that they should go and inform their Queen to bring her horse when she heard them.

Running feet coming towards them. They were many, her wolf could tell.

'Brace yourself Raziah, these ones coming are not like the demons we slew.'

Raziah opened her eyes and it widened when she saw the first demon flying towards them.

Her wolf was right.

'How did you know they were different?' Raziah asked her wolf.

'I don't know Raziah, I just know,' her wolf responded. 'We shouldn't be discussing this right now, we need to keep our focus on them.'

Lifting her spear and gave a lopsided smile at demons approaching them.

Raziah started laughing like a maniac and ran towards the approaching demons.

"Should we attack or not!" One of the warriors of Hobgoblin shouted after her but Raziah ignored him.

Her focus was on the demons. They were many and she wondered where they'd all come out from.

Who could be sending the demons and why?

These weren't like the first ones who she had fought and destroyed when they came to attack her kingdom. Those ones were on foot and weren't as ugly as these ones running towards her, no, flying towards her. The first demons don't have horns but this present demons has.

She paused in her movement, ceasing her laugh and immediately ruled a line on the ground that covers the length of the gate to Hobgoblin kingdom.

She waited until they were closer to her, much closer to her.

Lifting up her Golden spear, she aimed it at the demon closer to her and the demon caught fire immediately, leaving only the roasted skeleton of the remains of the ugly demon underneath her golden sharp spear.

The fire stopped the rest of the demons right in their tracks as they all turned and stared at Raziah as if she had eight heads, their red eyes blazing with rage and fire. Ignoring the kingdom they were aiming at for now and focusing on her.

They circled her.

Ignoring the strong putrid stench emitting out from the demons surrounding her, their growls didn't shake her. They noticed she wasn't petrified of them at all which angers them, plus her killing one of them.

"Didn't whoever that sent you all told you that this kingdom is mine. I am their king, I am the only who gets to kill my subjects as I want. You all have no right to attack what is mine." Raziah told them which seems to anger them the more as smokes were seen coming out of their horns.

They attacked Raziah at once but didn't stand a chance against her. Raziah was barely using her strength to kill them, they are not worth it.

One of the demons slipped away when he realized they were not a match for the girl they were fighting. He flew back to where they had come out from to report back to their mistress of their failure.

Raziah stopped when she realized that there were only five remaining demons who were about to fly away from her out of fear. Grinning, she jumped up, as high as she could and with her spear which seemed to impossibly increase in size, with it, she hit the five demons on their back which sent them crashing to the ground. Quickly and without wasting time, she tore one side of their wings which would prevent them from flying.

"Where did you think you were going?" Raziah asked as she began removing their horns one after the other.

The painful growls of them could be heard.

The warriors Hobgoblin behind her jubilated and hurried up to meet Raziah.

"I need ten of you to carry our hostages and follow me. The rest of you should clean up this mess," Raziah said pointing at the roasted skeletons of the dead littering around.

Entering the kingdom of Hobgoblin as she and the demons she had captured heads to meet the Queen.

Entering the Palace, Raziah saw the Queen and a few of her warriors at the palace premises. The Queen was the only one pacing around.

Seeing Raziah and the demons brought a huge relief to her and if Raziah was a hug person, she would have hugged the taller girl.

"No lives of your usel.ess warriors were lost and your kingdom is mine as per our deal. I have slain the demons."

Nodding her head. "I won't go back on my words, my King. My people and I are under your command from now henceforth." The Queen of Hobgoblin agreed with Raziah. Her gaze landed on the demons once again.

"What are we going to do with them? Obviously, I can't keep them in my kingdom." She stated.

Without replying to her, Raziah turned to look at the demons on their knees.

"Who sent you?" she asked as she circles them slowly. "Who sent you?" she repeated her question when none of the demons spoke.

Unknown River: At a Faraway place

The demon who had slipped away stopped at the bank of a river. He flew as fast as he could to get here and then proceeded to clear his throat six times which was in a rhythm and a dark portal opened and he quickly entered it.

The portal closed behind him and opened at the front of a castle where a woman stood, waiting.

"What's wrong?" The dark woman with black eyeballs demanded immediately she saw him.

"We were attacked and killed. I managed to escape My Lady." the demon answered and proceeded to tell her who they had fought against.

"You mean to tell me that one person killed the one thousand demons that left this place?" The woman asked with raised brows.

"Yes my Lady, just one person. A she." the demon replied.

"Impossible." the woman said and a portal opened once again. Stepping out of the portal at the bank of the river. Her eyes focused on the direction of the Hobgoblin Kingdom, slowly, a bow and an arrow made of darkness appeared in her hands. With it, she aimed it at the direction of Hobgoblin, closing her eyes, she saw the images of her dead demons and the five that were left alive. She saw the lady her demon had spoken off and gasp out slowly.

Dark wouldn't believe it if she told him.

She grinned and released her hold on her arrow and immediately another arrow appeared in her hand.

She shot five times and opened her eyes.

Hobgoblin Kingdom:

"You don't want to speak?" Raziah stared at the five demons in front of her, none of them made any move to talk. The minutes were clawing away and she was losing her patience. "I won't ask again, demons, this time I will be using force on you and you will regret not answering me." she added, raising her spear up.

At that moment, an arrow landed on one of demons who shrieked in so much pain, shaking and became ashes.

Raziah wasn't expecting any attack and before she could realize what was going on, more arrows had struck the remaining demons. One by one they screak before turning to ashes. The arrows had all come fr one direction.

Snarling angrily at the sight before her, her wolf angers running through her veins. She brought out her bow and an arrow and aimed it at the direction she had seen the arrows emerging from. She had no idea of what she was doing but was being guided by her wolf.

Snarling widely once again, she released her hold from the arrow and it shot forward.

Unknown River: At a Faraway place:

The lady smiled to herself and made a portal opened, turning around to enter the portal, she paused in her movement and twirl around suddenly and fast and caught the arrow, stopping it from touching her forehead

The smile on her face faded and her eyebrows almost joined together when squeezing her forehead and the lower corner of her mouth in displeasure.

"Interesting."
