The night was far from over. Alyssa visited with her family and smiled whenever she caught some of the pups looking at her and then waved at them, causing them to wave back. Like her previous pack, she felt a protectiveness toward them even though she didn't know them.

For some reason, she loved the little ones. If anyone doubted it, they had never seen her with her nephew.

Soon the meal was done and they stood to go mingle with their Pack Alphas. There were many packs in the kingdoms. All of them answered to the High Alpha king. Or the Alpha King.
