Hannah I thought I would be prepared for what I might see, but I wasn’t. As I reached the infirmary, Sebastian was still asleep. I gasped as I saw the blood staining his clothing and around his mouth. Dr. Conway left his mask on, but I could only imagine how much more blood was on his features. There were blood stains on his fingers and bare feet as well. Arnold was talking to Dr. Conway about something, and I covered my mouth with my hands to keep from sobbing too loudly. Raya was by my side and wrapping her arm through mine, holding me close to her. Arnold finally noticed me standing near the door and he strolled over to me as Dr. Conway went to examine Sebastian. “What happened to him?” I whispered, not taking my eyes off Sebastian’s blood-stained body. “Hannah, you might want to sit down,” Arnold said; his tone was mournful, and it gave me an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. I shook my head and pulled my tear-filled eyes away from Sebastian to look up at Arnold.
Hannah I could hear the chanting of the protesters from outside the palace gates. The gamma warriors have been good at keeping them away from our property, but occasionally they will still sneak through. Magnolia was transported to the king’s prison last month, but if she were here, she would be loving it. She was finally getting what she wanted, for the kingdom to view Sebastian as a vicious wolf king. Jack has been nowhere to be found, but I had a feeling he would be making an appearance soon. Once he realizes that the kingdom was going to need a ruler. I’ve been keeping Sebastian locked away in our bedroom for not only his safekeeping but for the safe keeping of everyone else too. There was no telling what his madness would do. He’s just been in so much pain these last few months. So much so that he could hardly function. Arnold has been taking over his work as he recovered but I wasn’t sure when he would be okay again. Every time I think we would make some sort of breakthrough; h
Hannah Henry grabbed the back of my head to steady me, keeping me still as he explored my mouth with his tongue. I could taste the whisky lingering on his lips as he continued to kiss me. My heart was beating rapidly in my chest, and everything just felt wrong. His tongue was slimy, and it gave me a nasty feeling throughout my entire body.I pressed the palms of my hands to his chest and gave him a push until he released me. He looked breathless and as he stared at me, I saw his eyes flashing something I didn’t recognize. It was a mix between lust and
SebastianIt happened so suddenly that Sebastian couldn’t even grasp it. One moment he was in a fit of rage, storming around his room as he saw Hannah and Henry kissing in that photo. The next minute, he was in pain so severe that he fell to the ground in agony. For a moment, it felt like an electric shock throughout his body, but then it turned into just flames. He felt like his entire body was on fire, not just the scars on his face. In the months he’s been experiencing this pain, it has never felt this bad before. He was glad Hannah wasn’t there to see his agony.
Sebastian The underworld; the realm of vampires. He knew that’s where he was in that dream. Its place was familiar to him and he could feel the darkness that roamed the area. There was no mistaking what and where that place was.“What’s going on?” Arnold asked, walking into Sebastian’s room with Dr. Conway in front of him.Dr. Conway was freaked out by Sebast
Hannah“We are in labor! We are having a baby!!” Nora cooed excitedly. All I could feel was fear.“No…” I breathed in a groggy state as I was wheeled out of Liam’s room on a gurney. Raya was by my side quickly, trying to keep up with the rushing doctors. “I’m not ready…”
Sebastian “Kill him?! Sebastian growled with obvious shock. “Absolutely not. We have to save him. There must be a way!”“The only way to save this poor child is to kill him,” she argued in return. There was obvious pain in her eyes. She didn’t like this outcome any more than he did. But she was positive this was what they had to do. “This place isn’t somewhere you can escape, Sebastian. His best bet is to kill him.”<
Hannah“What the hell does he think he’s asking?” “What the hell do you think you’re asking?” I repeated my wolf out loud; I narrowed my eyes at Henry. “You must be out of your mind if you think I’m going anywhere with you. I just had a baby, Henry. I have a family to think about.”“You would be thinking of your baby by doing this, Hannah,” he pleaded. “Sebastian is dangerous. You know this. He can be a danger to both you and your new child.”“You don’t know Sebastian the way I do,” I told him; “He wouldn’t hurt either of us.” As I said those words, I realized just how true they were. Sebastian might be struggling with his madness and there’s no known cure for it, but he wouldn’t hurt us. He loves us; he’s my husband and I need to stand by him. I just wished he was here so I could tell him that myself.“Hannah…”“I need to ask you to leave,” I said calmly, turning away from him to stare at the ceiling. He was silent for a short while before he nodded and turned toward the door.“I di
