Back at the plains close to the north city gates , Susan still couldn't believe what she saw when she zapped into Camille's future . Her eyes held many questions, confusion was clearly written on her face. " Why can't I see her positive future ?" It seemed like a powerful spell was withholding me from seeing her future with the positive aspects.

" I see chaos, tribulations ,above all betrayal…. "She paused and continued " from a loved one at that " Susan revealed, all this while her eyes were still on Camille .

Camille swallowed a lump she didn't notice she had in her throat, her eyes moved from Susan to Matt , who also has an unknown look on his face.

" What do you mean by chaos and betrayal ?" Camille blurted out of confusion

" That's is what I see , for some reason some unknown force is preventing me from seeing the positive aspect of your future "

" Like someone casted a spell to prevent people from looking into your future "

" I don't know, but for some reason I was able to see your negative aspects" Susan explained

Camille stood transfixed at a spot , in the space of 24hours her life , her identity changed . She was exposed to things that she thinks that she thinks don't exist, to worsen it all she was stuck in the middle of it all ! She was tagged the 'savior ' when she couldn't even save herself !

She has many questions in her head but no one could give her a satisfying answer , everything keeps going in circles with her at the center of it.

" I know you seek answers, unfortunately I don't have any. " Only Sapphire, the Elder Druid will be able to provide you an answer " Said Susan

The information was too much for Camille to swallow, it seems like her journey is yet to begin

" Look , my Lady, the owl is back " came Mardy's intrusive words . For the tension rising around them to crumble almost immediately . Everyone's attention became focused on the owl who had now perched on Susan's left arm and she stroked its back lovingly petting him.

The huge snowy white owl stood majestically on Susan's arms . His large eyes roamed around Susan's back, scrutinizing her companions.

" They are friends Dawn "

For some minutes Susan was still caressing the bird , observing it with keen interest as if she was conversing with it. But the latter was true. She was communicating with the bird by looking into its eyes.

" He was drugged again ? " The owl pecked his beak twice on Susan's arm and hooted as if to confirm what she said . She released the owl and it flew away.

" We need to get into the city as soon as possible , Alpha Arthur needs us " Susan mind-linked Mardy . She nodded and began to pack their things that were inside the carriage.

" You're headed to the city right ? " Susan asked the duo

" Yes, I uhm—-, have a business with Duke Gaius " Camille replied.

Four of them rode towards the city gates with valor , their match was halted by the guards at the city gates .

" Let me see your pass " came the husky voice of the first guard .

Susan exchanged glances with Mardy, for the latter to slap her forehead with her palms .

" My, my, my, it seems like I forgot our passes in the carriage " she mind-linked Susan whose face frowned on the realization of Susan's words.

" If you don't have your pass step out of the way for others to pass through " the second guard said almost impatiently

" It's not like we have our own passes, " Camille blurted out.

Susan bit her lower lips, she knew that the guards stationed at the gates are not ordinary humans , but she has an urgent matter to take care of ! .

" You guys leave me with no other choice " She closed her eyes and muttered some spells , when she opened them they four guards lay sprawled on the floor and the city gates were left ajar for them to pass through.

They rode slowly for about a mile when they reached the capital city , bursting with people.

" Let's look for a livery to board our horses " said Susan to the three riding beside her

" And why would we want to do that? Matt asked, alarmed ,wary of the seer who could perform magic.

" Now ,we don't want to attract attention to ourselves or do we " Susan asked back

" What my lady is trying to say is this, we need to continue the rest of our journey foot so as not to attract unnecessary attention to ourselves,and also blend in with the northerners."

" You've seen my lady perform magic, but there's people out there that will probably kill us if they find out my Lady can perform magic " Mardy explained slowly.
