ASHER’S POV

I feel more relieved that I have explained to the pack the problem at hand. Still, I am worried about what the dirtier holds even though I was bold with them, I am still worried because the strength of that hybrid shouldn’t be underestimated.

“So Elder Nathan, I need your help once more,” I say and stand in the presence of Kyle, John, and Daniel. Elder Nathan is the oldest member of the pack and has stayed for over a century. He is tall and has grey hair.

“What is it? Is it about the Hybrid? He quizzes in his baritone voice. “Yes,” I nod in reply. The rest remain mute while standing while he and I sit facing each other on the large divan. I recline backward and place my neck on the headrest.
