A New Life

Kimberely felt her ass plop on the hard floor. Damian had been surprised when she fell into his arms. He was stunned at the beauty he held. He had never seen such beauty.

She was the epitome of perfection, as he held her body. Their eyes never left each other’s gaze. She had a pale face, and she looked absolutely perfect against him.

Her lips were full and soft, her eyes were dark and captivating. Her hair was long, cascading around them both. His hands found their way to her waist, his fingers lightly grazing her skin. He could feel how soft her flesh was, like velvet.

Her voice also mesmerized him until he deciphered the meaning behind them as he looked at the wolves before him. She was in danger. He dropped her on the floor and turned to them. Damian growled as he transformed into a wolf.

Matt's men flinched.

"Alpha, what do we do?" One of the wolves looked at him in fear.

He had heard tales of Damian's ruthlessness and didn't want to be a part of it.

The Alpha was known as a monster far and wide. A terrible amount of fear ran through the people's spines when his name was spoken.

Alpha Damian of the White wolf Pack was always associated with a bad omen, something that didn't seem to make any sense to him and those around him.

And he was known to have never lost a fight.

Matt growled at the turn of events. He snarled at Damian but couldn't do a thing. It would be akin to risking his precious life and that of his men. He knew what to do.

"Retreat immediately, everyone!" He commanded his minions as they climbed the tree to the other side.

Damian glared at Killian who was making eye contact with Kimberely. Matt succumbed and climbed also. Kimberely, who had woken up, gasped in relief. She looked around her in fright. No one remained. Damian turned back to her.

His eyes were the most unique thing she had ever seen. She had seen his eyes in books of old before but it was nothing like what she was seeing now.

Even if she hadn't, he was a renowned alpha. Who wouldn't know him? Damian transformed back and turned to regard her.

"Aren't you the alpha?" She asked.

Damian turned away from her immediately. She noticed him turn away from her, but she had seen his face already.

The eyes were beautiful but Damian didn't think so. Apparently, he was appalled by it because his reaction to her admiration was one of shame and disgust.

"I have heard of you several times. They all said bad things about you and painted you in a dark image but you aren't so to me. You just saved me. That makes you my savior." Kimberely said softly.

Her soft words affected Damian. It was the first time Damian was hearing someone call him that.

"You cannot know how kind one is, on your first meeting dear lady." he smirked.

He didn't want to believe whatever she said. He was a bad man! He would forever be a bad man!

"All it takes to know someone is a minute. You saved me just now and scared those bad people away without waiting to hear what they had done to me. I don't need anyone's opinion about you. To me, you are a kind man," She moistened her dry cracked lips.

"Why then were you running away? Who are they?" He couldn't keep his curiosity in check.

"I am from Red Moon Pack. The Alpha took away my birthright by sitting on the throne that should have been mine."

"As if that wasn't enough, he has been pursuing me for a year. And when it proved abortive, he employed the use of bounty hunters. No one came to my aid except you,"

"For the past one year, no one has helped me against Matt. I fear that you might have an enemy already helping me out," she sulked.

Damian listened to her. Her voice was sonorous. He just wanted her to keep talking.

"I thought I would die and here I am, all thanks to you. My mother would be grateful right now. I have to avenge her death also before taking back my Kingdom," she completed

Damian turned to address her when his eyes fell on her open cleavage. Her full creamy luscious breasts swoll with the rising of her chest.

What was this strange desire he was having for her? He just met her so why was his body for the first time in years misbehaving? He clenched his fists as he swallowed.

"Thank you so much, I am truly grateful" Kimberely broke the silence. He gave her a curt nod and turned to leave. He wanted to be as far away from her as possible. Wanton images had filled up his mind just with her cleavage.

The moon didn't help matters. It illuminated her see-through gown making him hard. Different images conjured up in his head. Damian groaned.

"Are you ok?" Kimberely tried touching him but he raised a hand to stall her.

"Yes I am and at this juncture, we have to part." Damian broke to her.

"Do well to stay out of trouble or those men might come back for you again. I might not be here by then."

"Welcome to my city," He turned to leave.

Kimberly panicked. She had thought of begging him to help her in the meantime but he had beaten her to it.

"Please don't leave me, I have nowhere else to go. I am new here and can be eaten up by other wolves. Please help me."

Kimberely begged him as she looked around the pitch darkness that engulfed them. Matt had gone but she couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't come back.

Now that she had seen someone who Matt feared, it would be wise of her to hitch herself up with him. He looked so powerful even in the dark cloak he wore.

His virility was obvious and he could fight against her enemies. Her clothes were ruined. She had no money and she was so hungry. She needed all the help he could provide her with.

"No you can't, I don't know you," Damian argued and strode away when her words stopped him in his tracks.

"Now you do. Please Just take me along with you, I will do anything you want me to do. Please" She earnestly pleaded.

"Will you?" He regarded her quizzically.

She nodded as she looked around. The woods were a frightening place to be.

"Follow me," Damian reconsidered.
