Chapter 41

8th October. Friday

Mr. Hodge squinted his eyes at all his lackeys as they kept busy doing one thing or the other. He wondered which one of them is the traitor. He sighed knowing he had to be careful, and trust no one.

Once he finds who that traitor is, his death or her death is already signed.

"Randolph!" He called.

Randolph looked at him and ran towards him. "Boss."

"Go call Lionel and Owen." He ordered.

Randolph nodded and ran downstairs to call them.

If there are people he actually trusted, it is Lionel who has been with him for decades, Owen whom he watched grew up, and Randolph who's very wild, and can be heartless.

Whoever that traitor is, they are the ones that'll help to fish him or her out.

He saw Owen and Lion walking towards him as he stood still watching.

They were wondering why their boss called them in the middle of working. He probably got something for them to do. A very typical life. Goes round, and round like a carousel. A carousel of crime.

"Boss, you sent for us.
