CHAPTER 52

Until I got back to our hotel room, I still couldn't get the events out of my mind.

I found Aya sleeping on the long couch so I woke her up to send her back to her room.

Then I went to my room with Xyrie. My daughter is still sleeping soundly.

I took off my coat and lay next to her. We face each other.

I gently caressed my daughter's hair. I watched her gentle and innocent face.

As I was watching her, I realized she resembles someone. But, I cannot point out who. She looks like someone I saw from before.

I just kissed her forehead and proceeded to close my eyes.

And just a few seconds later, I immediately fell asleep.

"We're here," the young man announced when we got inside. "Welcome to my office."

"Are you sure it's okay for me to be in your office while you work? Maybe I'm just a nuisance?”

It was also a bit dark around the office. 'Only his working table has a bright light. And it's not just his door made of glass. The wall is also made of it so I can see the people outside his
