TWO WEEKS LATER

Erika's POV

Everyone is gathered in the dining room and silence is like a deadly knife that can stab you if you speak, they are not making any sounds and it made me feel uncomfortable. I have no right asking them nor opening a conversation and their terrifying aura is enough to scare me. Mr. Martinez is already here, and he's eating breakfast with us but not just only him because his son and step-daughter also second wife is here.

Great. They're present.

I still thought I would have peace because they weren't there, but that was just my imagination. They came home yesterday and when I found out, I felt like I needed to be vigilant because at any time they could kill me.

Wait, why am I nervous? Grayson, Nicholas and Asher were there to ensure my safety. Right! I must believe in them because as long as they live I am safe. But what if they have important work to do?

Alas! Looks like I need to pray every day!
