She saw the dark street that ran cold in silence as they stood beside an abandoned house, covered by thin borders of red flowers. Her sences were momentarily lost to the pain that struck her waist and it seemed she was also tired of waiting for the taxi. She stretched her left leg foward and it felt lighter still. And for a long while, they engaged themselves in playful conversations, nasty jokes and confusing looks that saw smiles shyly flooding through their face.

The street light illuminated them into the night, with a sort of amber glow all over their body. They hugged themselves and smiled behind their backs. It had been July since they both smiled at each other but there was a strangeness in Isabella's smile. It was wild and her intentions revealed it. Her whole body felt the cool breeze in the air, that also seeped through, but hugged tightly to her until Clara released herself from the embrace because she no longer felt convenient in this late hour
