His car halted. Melanie saw a huge and luxurious building before her. It looked like some kind of grand hotel. The sound of the door shutting grabbed her attention. She tossed her head and saw him already getting out of his car.

Melanie sighed and climbed out of his car. She saw him tossing the car's key to a guard who in return bowed at him and then he snapped his head at her.

"Behave," his voice and words were completely laced with a warning. Melanie swallowed. Adrian turned around to leave but only before telling her those words.

"Don't leave my side," is all he said before walking towards that place. Her heart jiggled at his words, even knowing he might have not meant in that way.
