An Aching Pain

For a long moment, they both just stared at each other. Adrian saw the tears were continuously flowing down from her eyes. Her body was even shivering and her eyes were gazing at him like she was staring at her entire life.

Melanie dashed towards him and then scanned his entire body to see any injury but there was none except a slight wound on his forehead which now was looking treated with medicine.

She felt like her soul had come back to her body again which she thought she was about to lose. Adrian just stared at her every action and noticed her tears were turning more abrupt with each growing second.
