"Welcome, Mr Waylen and Mr Gomez, Ms. Hayes will be here soon," Erica's manager informed them.

They had come to Hayes Corporation to sign the contract. They had agreed to accept her condition because their greediness for that profit margin of the project was too much to let it slip from their hands so easily, especially when they didn't have to spend a single penny but in return was getting so much. They were too blinded by their greediness to thoroughly check the pros and cons of the deal.

"Good morning, gentlemen," Erica stepped inside the meeting room.

They both stood up from their seats and offered a wide grin. She returned the gesture with a plain smile and spoke.

"I am very glad to know about your decisions. Thanks for accepting my deal," she walked towards the table and extended her palm to them one by one.

They shook her hand with her and then Arthur said

"We are glad that you want to work with our companies, Ms. Hayes. We are honoured by your approach,"

She flashed him a p
