“Ah!” I closed my eyes in pain and frustration. I have lost count how many times I was thrown on the ground today. Katarina was not happy about it. It seems like my performance was deteriorating– my focus on training that is.

“Seriously… What's wrong with you? You’ve been distracted lately. And you were getting better, you know.” Caleb said while looking down on me, his hands on his hips. His huge form was covering the sunlight that hit me.

How could I tell him that their Alpha was living rent free in my head? It’s either he’s in my mind or he made me late for morning training because he would devour me like a beast every damn night.
