Chapter 17- Kiss and Goodbye

Claire waited for Jacob to kiss her... she waited… but minutes passed and no kiss happened. Instead, she felt she was transported back to the parking space. She was still confused even until Jacob got her down next to her car. Did she anticipate too much so she regrets not being able to give her what she wanted?

"This is goodbye. So, I must do it now."

Claire was still motionless until she felt Jacob's fingers on her chin. And before she could react, her lips were greeted by his. Luscious and sensual, passionate and intense, she had tasted the most delicate kiss she could ever taste in her entire life. She thought looking at Jacob's lips was appetizing. She even closed her eyes to feel the sweetness of Jacob's lips.

And why does she seem to want to be emotionally disturbed? Why she wanted Jacob's lips? Why she wanted the feeling of his holding her? She almost wanted to pray that the moment wouldn't end.
