Rufus's POV

I was still at the castle, an uneasy feeling washed over me, and it seemed like my wolf, Eclipse, was feeling the same restlessness.

*Easy there, Eclipse,* I tried to calm him down, but my efforts were in vain.

Just then, my phone began to ring, and I quickly swiped right to answer the call. A young female voice came through the phone almost immediately.

"She's what?"

I practically yelled as I hastily grabbed my jacket and rushed out of the castle.

Arriving at the pack hospital, I was taken aback by how weak she appeared. Even the injury on her forehead showed no signs of healing, which was incredibly unusual.
