Eliana:
“So?” I asked Viktor who stayed quiet as he studied my expression. The man looked as if he was having a mental battle with himself, and for a second, I believed that he was.
He opened his mouth to speak when the door was knocked breaking our conversation as the doctor walked inside with a paper in her hand. She handed him the paper before walking to me, her eyes remaining on the IV as she removed it from my hand, her expression gentle.
“You need to be sure to watch out for your nutrition, and be sure to take the prescribed vitamins, other than that. You should be good” she explained. I nodded not saying a word, watching as she walked out again leaving Viktor and I alone in the room. His eyes studying my expression as he fought to find the proper words to explain what he wanted to say.
