Chapter 4 I’ll Kiss You Whenever I See It

A black vehicle stopped in front of the Mu Family residence. Just as Mu Nuannuan was about to unbuckle her seat belt, Moo Tingxiao leaned over. He reached out with his long and slender fingers to the release button. He pressed it and released the seat belt with a click.

Mu Nuannuan was smitten. Her eyes were unsettled because his face was only inches away from hers. As tranquil as she was, it was too close for comfort. The man had a face that made women’s hearts race.

That aside, when the thought of his immodest behavior from yesterday came to mind, Mu Nuannuan collected herself. He was only a vulgar son of a wealthy family who coveted the wife of his cousin. He was an abbreviated piece of nothing, she told herself.

So, she looked up and pulled the same trick again: she pushed her glasses up her nose and wore a dumb expression on her face with a retarded look in her eyes. “I’m out.”

Moo Tingxiao squinted at her insidiously. Sensing the changes in him, Mu Nuannuan reached for the door, but he grabbed her hand, preventing her from exiting. His broad shoulders and powerful arms blocked her path. It appeared as if he was hugging her in his arms from the outside. He looked deep into her beautiful eyes through the glasses and said, “Wouldn’t you want to show me some gratitude after I’ve sent you home?”

She lowered her head, feeling nervous and hesitant. “Thank you.” She thought “Moo Jiachen” would lose interest in her upon seeing her dimwitted looks, just like everyone in the Mu Family.

Looking at her luscious lips, which she had compressed into a tight line, a thought came to Moo Tingxiao. “That lacks sincerity. Let me teach you the correct way to say thank you.”

He could not help himself when he saw the soft pink lips on her dull, lackluster face. Since she was his legitimate wife, why did he need to hold back? So, he leaned over and kissed her.

Before she knew it, Mu Nuannuan felt like a slug was crawling on her lips. Wide-eyed, she stared at the face that was now zero inches away from hers. She struggled to shove him away but found that he was grasping her hands tightly.

Delighted by her reaction, Moo Tingxiao freed up one hand and took her glasses off her face, revealing her beautiful eyes. That was more like it—she looked so much better.

Mu Nuannuan was flushed. The man was a savage. How dare he violate her in front of the residence of the Mu Family.

He lifted his lips from hers, but he was longing for more. “Never wear those glasses anymore. Otherwise, I’ll kiss you whenever I see you wearing it.”

Her mouth felt so warm and sweet. He would definitely want to try it again. His voice was low, and he emphasized the last part of the sentence. As he spoke, his eyes lustfully ran across her body like a savage beast patrolling its territory.

Right as Mu Nuannuan was about to rebuke him with “You shameless bastard!”, a woman’s voice broke out. “Nuannuan?”

Mu Nuannuan looked out of the window, which was half wound down, and saw her mom. Xiao Chuhe was wide-eyed and half shocked, half enraged. “Why are you here?”

Mu Nuannuan clenched her fists together as a hint of panic flashed in her eyes.

The first day after her wedding, her mom had seen something she was not supposed to see. But to save face, her mom did not want to make a scene in public. While no one was looking, her mom ordered, “Get out of the car!”

Mu Nuannuan got out at once and was dragged into the residence.

While they made their way in, Moo Tingxiao poked his head out of the window and ran his fingers across his lips before he flirtatiously said, “Mrs. Moo, I’ll wait for you.”
