Chapter 3. The foreigner.

Camila was still sobbing as she hadn't thought that one day she would wrong her father and she would be sent out of her packs as she had seen how her father had banished some of their pack members, and slowly, their packs were gradually reducing, as some Eastern Wood members even fled from the packs before the news of their sins would get to her father.

 

Camila was absent-minded that Henry had arrived home, as she was waiting to be taken to the refugee house, as she knew no one in the Western wood packs, nor did she have any family in the pack. And she knew that when the rest of the former Eastern Wood members that her father had banished would see her in the Western Wood packs, they would want to have their revenge on her.

 

"Come down from the car." Henry's deep, male, masculine voice jolted Camila back to reality, and she immediately snapped out of her trance as she stared back at him, and she saw him step down as he walked up to his side door to pull the car door open for her.

 

Camila was afraid as her legs stepped down from the blue car, and she hadn't even stared at the car to know that it was a Porsche, as her mind was preoccupied with the fact that she had sinned and the reason for her banishment, as her father was without mercy.

 

"Follow me," Henry said, and only then did Camila snap out, and she saw everywhere looked interlocked, and she was amazed at the magnificent white mansion that stood in front of her.

 

"Is this the Western woodpack refugee house?" Camila asked out in shock, and she didn't even know when they arrived at the mansion. And Henry laughed out loud first before he coldly replied to her, "No."

 

Camila gulped as she would have thought how rich the Western Packs were to have such a magnificent building for only foreigners and werewolves without a home, but as they approached the front of the mansion, Henry had parked farther away from the mansion frontage and at the garage.

 

Camila was surprised at how magnificent the exterior view was, as the white mansion is three times bigger than her father's mansion. And she could see the guards at the front as they all bowed to Henry, who was walking in front of her.

 

Henry approached the front door, unlocked the house door, and said to her, "Wait here first."

 

Camila watched him walk into the mansion as she stood out at the frontage, stared around, and wondered what would happen to her next. She couldn't trust anyone from the Western woods. Not after all her training and her teachings from her father.

 

Soon two young ladies came out, and Camila was shocked as she was expecting a more older man and probably someone of her father's age to step out and judge her for her sins, but the two maids said to her, "Follow us."

 

Camila gulped silently, and she followed the maids as they walked away to the back of the mansion. The two maids stopped, and one of the two maids picked up a hose from the floor, and she connected the white pipe to a tap, and she said to Camila, "Strip your clothes."

 

"My what?" Camila looked embarrassed at the fact that the two maids in blue uniforms wanted to undress her. And she wondered what they were up to. 'Did they want to prepare me for that man to sleep with me?'

 

"No! I cannot strip my clothes; please let me go, as I do not mean any harm."

 

Camila could see the two young ladies only stare at themselves and the moon symbol on their heads, and she knew they were born and loyal servants to the Alpha, as she knew how loyal her maids were at home. And one of the maids finally said to Camila, "You're a foreigner here, and we don't have time to interact with you now, as we don't know your mission here in our pack. But Alpha Henry sent us to bathe you and to have you properly searched if you weren't carrying any dangerous weapons beneath your dress. And please, be fast, as Alpha Collins and Luna Ruth are waiting to meet with you in the Grand Hall."

 

Camila gulped, and she knew that she could not protest at that point again, and so she stripped off her light nightgown as she was tired and she needed a place to rest and to lay her head so that her wound would heal.

 

And after Camila stripped off her clothes completely naked, one of the maids gave her soap and a sponge to start bathing, and Camila was shivering due to the cold, as she had previously been drenched wet by the heavy rain that had stopped.

 

Meanwhile, Henry was inside their mansion and in the Grand Hall, and his father spoke to him, "Henry! How can you breach our packs' law and bring in a foreigner here and straight to our mansion? Do you want to risk all of our lives?"

 

"No father... Actually, I'm..." Henry tried to speak, but his father cut him off from finishing his statement.

 

"You have no right, son, to bring in a total stranger here, and especially from the Eastern pack. She will have to leave the refugee house now, and once she's done with whatever you have sent the maids to do with her, We don't mingle with the foreigners or live with them, and once you fail to keep your guard up, They will trample upon us and obviously turn rogues to take over our packs."

 

"I'm sorry, father," Henry apologized. His father sat on the throne and stared at him, while his mother stood with his two younger sisters, and they were curious to see the foreigner that he had brought home. Henry had never made such a mistake before.

 

"Is alright. Send the guards to take her to the refugee house, and tomorrow they should bring her here first thing in the morning. I would like to see her and know whether she's here. If she's telling the truth, we will allow her to join our pack. But once she's found guilty of lying, she will be punished severely and also forbidden to be a member of our pack."

 

"Okay father. Can I go out now to check on other things?" Henry asked, and his father replied to him, "As you please... But send the guards to take her away once she's through with whatever you are doing outside with her. And like I said, let this mistake never repeat itself. And it's good to see the rest of the pack's members in their homes. As none would be aware, you dared to bring a total stranger here to our mansion."

 

"I'm sorry, father," Henry apologized again, as he could feel the anger in his father's voice, and his father dismissed him, "Leave my sight."

 

"As you wish, father," Henry said, and he immediately walked out of the mansion, while his mother and sisters followed him out from behind as they wanted to see the foreigner that Henry had brought into their home. And Juliet and Madelyn were both angry, as they were twins, and they walked out with their mother to see the foreigner too.
