CHAPTER 24

I ride in on the jet ski and Farris put himself behind me. My breathing hitched when his arms snaked on my waist. 

"Make sure that you know how to drive it Millijay," he whispered through my ears. I bit my lower lip because his words are giving me goose bumps especially that I can feel his cold breath behind my ears! Goddamn it!

"I-I...know!" I almost hit my own head when I stammered. Shit!

He chuckled softly. My skin shivered when I felt his hands slowly massaging my waist! Damn it! What is he doing?!

But instead of commenting about it I just started the engine of the jet ski and started to drive it! I can feel the sea water touching my skin and how the wind blew my face while I am driving the ski. Farris hold grew tighter on my waist but I can't even feel his fear. He is just calm behind me!
