Now that I was this close to her, close enough to feel her breath brush my chin, I took her in again. And for the thousandth time, I confirmed it.

It was her.

The same woman who had caught my eye that night in a sea of half-naked dancers. The same woman who’d moved like a trained temptress on that stage.
