CHAPTER 14: Your Friends?!
AFTER a hundred billion years, Nathan finally decided to show up in school, making my heart jumped in excitement as well as happiness. I badly wanted to tell him everything that happened to me these past few days. And also, I wanted him to meet the new friends I found, Becca and Scott.
Well, Becca often told me that we are friends now, so I guess it was official. And she often hang out with me as well so that’s it. Second, for Scott. He didn’t say anything that may lead me into this conclusion, but yeah, I think we are now friends right after he helped me from that “accident” that Tyler did the other day.
“I missed you so much, Nat!” Nathan stated, pinching my cheeks tightly.
“Stop it! It hurts, you idiot!” I got my revenge by doing the same thing to his cheeks.

ANOTHER months passed by, and we just found ourselves having the last month of our freshmen year... Just a little bit closer and we will be finally sophomores. That was a good thing for us, I guess. WE got our second practice for today. SUMMER. Now that our freshmen year is finally over, Nathan and I decided that we could finally enjoy our vacation just like any other students. I guess it’s just me and Nathan, for Becca and Scott have gone away to their own summer vacation trip. I can’t help but to think about what Scott told me about the last day of our school festival. He likes Becca, and he wanted me to help him get her. On the other hand, Becca likes my bestfriend, and she already asked my help for it too. SOPHOMORES. Finally, we are not the lowest grade level here in Jackson High. We are not the newbies anymore, for we are now at our second year in high school. It’s pretty much exciting, having new activities that we could join in, and new class schedules where Nathan could be possibly one of my classmate. Everything is going well... Not until I remember that this is the year when I’m going to help Scott get close to Becca, and Becca to my bestfriend Nathan. NOW that we are sophomores, we could finally join in the different clubs for our grades in extra curricular activities. If in our freshmen days some groups started to be formed, now it was worst. I mean, whoever got into the same clubs as you, they are going to be your friends. And what I mean by that is you have to stick with them during the whole year for clubs often organize some school activities. Nothing in the list of clubs suites my taste. I mean, I like dancing, though I can still remember what happened the last time I tried to participate in this kind of activity. Becca snatched my moment, and I don’t want that to happen again. I mean, I’m sure she’s going to choose to be a part of the dance club. So I’m not going in there. The cheer leading squad. More like another dance club, I guess.
