It was late in the night and the death festival was held. As usual, everyone gathered in front of the pack house to pay their respect to those that had left them again. Those who was mourning continued to while those who were able to take in the situation, stayed calm as they awaited their Alpha.

Sarah watched as Jake threw his robe over his shoulder ready to attend to the funeral rite. She couldn't find a word to say to him. After she had kissed and he didn't reciprocate, she then decided to left him off. He took a nap while she had tried to think of what to do but nothing was coming her way.
