“Hun!”

Chairman Hewitt’s eyes widened in shock, and his mouth kept ajar for a moment before he could say a word. “Bastian, what are you doing?!” He questioned in a high voice.

Bastian walked out of his seat, and paced to Patricia, who was eyeing the scene with her eyebrows raised up, and her mouth kept densely ajar.

Bastian arrived beside her and bowed his head. “Sister, thank you for trusting the whole process,” he appreciated, filling his lips with a lovely smile Patricia hadn’t seen in a while. He lifted his head and apologized. “I am sorry for making you worried. Hope I am forgiven?”

Patricia smiled with her full lips and nodded her head. “Yes, you are forgiven.” She let out. She stood on her feet and ran to Bastian excitedly.

“Thank you, Bastian. Thank you for not forsaking. I was scared. You are all I've got.” She hurriedly poured out, with tears rolling out of her eyes, falling on Bastian’s arm.

Bastian smiled. “I am sorry for scaring you,” he pleaded. He took the remaining one
