I Know His Little Secret

"Come on, Brownie. Come to the carnival with Ian and me," I begged as I tugged at Clark's strong arms. He ignored me like always as he quietly texted on his phone. I tried to peek as to who he was busily chatting with, but he shot me a sharp look, his cold, hard eyes shooting daggers at me.

"Yeah, George is right. You should tag along with us," Ian said, but Clark ignored him too. Typical.

I playfully twirled my hair with my fingers and sat on Clark's lap to annoy him. I thought he would push or shove me away but to my astonishment, he wrapped his arms around my waist. I instantly regretted sitting on his lap and gulped. I could feel his hot breath on my throat as I chose to suppress the weird, tingling sensations. I looked over at Ian who was texting now too. Great! Fucking fantastic! Now both were ignoring me!

"George, Clark, I have to go," Ian announced as he got up. "I got some work."
