"I think this is a shitty plan," Zane complained as Darren rambled about how he would get his revenge and take Amari for himself.

"For a dead person, you sure do talk a lot," Darren complained as he paced the wood floors of his cabin.

"Darren. Give this up. She's not worth it." He advised.

"She is! And you'll never understand until you lose your mate!"

"I won't understand because I haven't even met my mate yet!" Zane fussed back.

"Right, so be a good little pup and shut the fuck up," Darren yelled at him.

"I have a feeling this is going to end horribly. What happens when everyone finds out I'm alive?" Zane questioned, feeling himself beginning to reminisce on the events of the past.

Darren had been manic and inconsolable when he arrived back on the pack land.

He was so enraged when he arrived that Zane had to talk his older brother out of launching an all-out attack on the unsuspecting pack. Not only was Darren pissed about Amari, but he was also angry about Alexander dropping Zane
