"Queen Mother, I'm back," Yvonne said as the door of the queen mother's chamber opened divulging the sitting position of the queen mother.

She sat on her ancestral chair which has been passed for centuries to queen mothers and which no other person is meant to sit on as it also has some spells which were concealed in it to avoid anyone sitting on it.

"You are late, why?" The queen mother asked her as she stood up from her seat and turned to face Yvonne.

For a moment Yvonne felt timorous, enthralled, and subjugated to bow down her head as if the woman emits some kind of authority.

But she still didn't know what kept her head upward and to top it all she looked directly into her eyes as if she didn't feel the aura of authority.

"Nothing, queen mother, I was just having a little fun with the creepy creatures," Yvonne replied as she walked inside the chamber and took a seat as if it was their chamber collectively.
