ROCK MY BODY

last update Última actualización: 2025-09-10 14:14:20

He falls away from me wordlessly.

My knees cannot hold me up so I hold the wall for support.

“How long have you been ‘straight’?”

His voice is different. Colder in a way I cannot explain, but I am sure I feel cold creep up my spine.

“What kind of question is that?”

“The kind I am asking you, how long have you been straight?”

How does one answer such a question? is there a time table of straightness? Is there a time someone’s straightness begins? Is there an expiring date?

He sighs.

“Don’t over think it.”

I look up at him with a frown.

“Uhm, okay. All my life?”

“You were attracted to women all your life?”

I wasn’t attracted to anyone. I never had time to be, until him. But I know saying that was not going to help my case.

“Yes.”

He inhales sharply. “The moment you think about lying to me, I would know, so think about it and answer honestly this time.”

Somehow, he words give me a jolt in my pants, a stir in my chest, and a tingling, warmth all over my body.

“I have a girlfriend…”

  • The chaos of him   BE MINE

He pulled away first.Again. I almost scream. Why was he doing that? Why do I want more than that? I am supposed to be happy. But I am not. He started it. From the minute we met, till now, he has always made the first move. So why has he pulled away from me now? Two times at that. “Come, let me show you my most treasured part of the cabin.”I don’t want to follow him anywhere. But I don’t want to seem like I was desperate. But you are desperate.I am not. And to prove that, I follow him. “I thought your favorite room was the work out room.” I murmur, as our feet pad across the floor, closing the space between the living room and one of the rooms I am yet to enter. Where is my curiosity? My detective instinct, the one that has helped me figure out most of my cases in the past? How am I living in a house and I don’t know what’s behind a few doors? My answer speaks up.“Very funny. But no. I haven’t let anyone in here, ever. And it may not look it, but I am really nervous about

  • The chaos of him   DESPERATE

I don’t get to respond. His hands comes up to my shoulders, spinning me around to face him. Hands snaking around my waist, he pulls me even closer to himself. “Stop me if you don’t want this…” he whispers in my ear. He traps my ear lobe between his lips, a shiver runs through my body.I place my hands on his shoulders in a futile attempt to push him off. I can’t, or more like I don’t want to. He kisses my earlobe- full on sucking the sensitive skin.My body shies away from the onslaught of pleasure that thrums under my skin, his hands land on my butt, pulling me back to himself. My hand immediately lands on his hand, trying to wiggle my way out of his hold, the only part of me that recognizes that I shouldn’t be enjoying this. Ignoring me, his mouth moves to my neck. Tracing an invisible line on my neck, sucking on the skin, licking. My knees are weak, trembling.I feel so many things I have never felt before. “If you want me to stop, use your words.”I can’t even form words.

  • The chaos of him   THE BURN

He has refused to revisit that topic, whilst all I have done is replay the entire conversation in my head. It’s stuck in a never ending loop. One, he has a sister that never showed up in any of our searches, and there’s very little Jake cannot find about a person. Which makes him even more of a mystery than I earlier thought. Two, he has known me for a very, very long time. Somehow his interest in me has not waned. Three, he knows where the item is, he just doesn’t want to hand it over. To protect me he says. “What do you want for dinner?” he asks, tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.Distracted by the softness of his hand on the side of my face, I shiver.“How about I cook dinner? You made breakfast this morning.”He narrows his eyes at me.“You just don’t want to eat healthy.”“Of course not. How does one live without carbs and grease?” I sigh, leaning on his chest. He chuckles, the sound vibrates through my entire body. I like the feeling, as a matter of fact, I could ge

  • The chaos of him   RUNNING AWAY

“How did he move from a suspect in a stolen item case to harming the prime minister?” I ask into the phone.Kelly sighs like he had been wondering about exactly that as well. “Everything is a mess. I had no idea they knew who our suspect was until now. Mave is getting antsy.” We all hated antsy Mave but right now it’s something that’s the very least of my concerns. How could they splash his face everywhere for something he had no idea about?? “Do you know who is behind this??”“No. But I know they are trying to fish him out.”Fish him out. They are making it hard for him to be outside, and the reason is this item. Whatever this item is, they are ready to toss the prime minister under the bus for it. Nobody is out there looking for him. Our mission still continues, unless our client is declared dead.I can’t let them fish him out.For the sake of our mission of course. Not because I have no idea what they would do to him if he wouldn’t tell them where the item is. “Are you well

  • The chaos of him   BALD HEAD

He has a grin plastered on his face. And I want to slam the door into his face until the smirk becomes a distant memory.“What is this? rather, where is this?”I had eagerly followed him when he said let’s go to the item. Granted, I should have been more than a little skeptical about it. He has never admitted to holding it, just a small, ‘it wasn’t untrue’ and nothing else. Why would he give it up so easily after all this time? I had convinced myself that it was because he was tired of me. I should have been even more skeptical when he asked me to bring my phone. The final straw should have been when he made me wear a hat, glasses and face mask. His excuse was that, he didn’t want anyone from the group that attacked him to know it was him. Now, he is laughing in my face.“The Item. Don’t tell me you’re so old you don’t know the popular cafes around.”I am trying to keep my patience with this man. I am also inclined to believe that Jake has it better, whatever he is doing right now
