Celine had made plans to spend her wedding anniversary with Xavier at the orphanage, but the whole incident with Zack had made her halt her plans. She thought it would no longer be possible to celebrate it with him seeing as he wanted her to travel out of the country. "Come home soon, i miss you 💓" Celine's text read. Xavier smiled when the screen of his phone lit up with that text. He was on him way home, later than usual. He knew she was going to be asleep by the time he got home. His wife was an early bird. She always went to bed early and woke up early. Her body clock never skips or misses it's scheduled and even at times when he came home late and she tried waiting uo for him to come back he usually met her asleep in the living room with the lights on and the TV playing in the background. This was one of the reasons he adjusted his schedule to make sure he mostly went home before her bedtime. Celine stood silently, her head bowed, unable to meet her husband's eyes. She knew he was right - she should have told him.
