64- The Wedding

“Oh, Gosh! Emerald! Wake up. It’s your wedding day.” Emerald had a pillow on her face when she heard Abi’s voice.

“What? It’s already morning?” She asked herself and moved the pillow away from her face.

“Look at you. The girl who had insomnia can now sleep nonstop.” Emerald got up yawning. Abigail was constantly talking without taking a break, “Come on, Em. Rise and shine.” She drew the curtains, allowing the room to bathe in sunlight.

“Go and take shower. I will send a protein packed breakfast to the room. After that, you are supposed to wear your undergarments and petticoat. And yes…” Abigail was already stepping out, “Don’t forget to put on those bandelettes.” She winked before closing the door behind her.

Emerald let out a panicked sigh and ran to the bathroom. Last night she stayed in the guest room of her house. Selina was already taking care of Sophie.
