Perfect fit

I reluctantly walked up to the door of the house, silently debating about whether or not I should just turn around and go back home.

This was a huge thing to ask of someone. What if it’s too much?

I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath. The worst that can be said is no, right?

Reaching out, I knocked gently on the door. I heard shuffling from inside before the door swung open quickly.

“Oh, hi Felicity. If you’re looking for Parker, he’s currently at the training grounds with the warriors,” Kiera smiled awkwardly, sounding out of breath.

Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea. My nerves were eating at me.

I took a deep breath, “I’m actually here to speak with you if you don’t mind.”

Her eyes widened momentarily before she blinked her surprise away, “Sure, come in.”

As she moved to allow me to walk past her, I noticed her growing baby bump. I rarely see Kiera in person any more. "Is Parker keeping rapunzel locked away in his castle?"
