(Clara POV)
" Are you ready, Clara?" I was just applying the lip gloss when Alastair came into the room. We are going to the hospital to check on the baby.
" Yes, I am ready." I stood up from the chair I was sitting in and walked towards Alastair so I can hug him before we go. I am loving the way my hormones are changing and making me feel nowadays.
I was mostly peaceful and lovely throughout the day.
" Let's go then, don't want to make the doctor wait for us." He held my hand and guided me towards the car and in no time we are moving towards the hospital.
Hospitals always make me nauseous but this time is different as we are going to meet our baby and check if he/she is doing fine.
Alastair and I held hands till we enter the doctor's office. I am somewhat nervous as I don't want to hear if something is wrong with the baby. I just have to hope that everything is okay with the baby.
