For the umpteenth time, Victoria looked at her watch. One minute passed, three minutes passed, five minutes passed, ten minutes passed, and almost a quarter of an hour passed, but she still found no sign of Gustav. She started to get annoyed and pulled out her phone.
"Where the hell is this guy? Can't he be this late?" she grumbled as she searched for the number of the person she was waiting for.
Before Victoria could contact Gustav, suddenly, someone approached her desk, making her undo her intentions. "We happen to meet again. Are you waiting for a client?"
"Ah, yes," Victoria replied, trying to hide her reluctance. Without further ado, she turned her attention to her phone to message Gustav. However, an incoming message that came first from him again discouraged her. 'Huh?'

"Victoria, is your client running late?" the man asked again.
