Time seemed to come to a standstill, as I stood rooted in my spot. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't bring myself to move, and I told myself that it had everything to do with the fact that I was scared and anxious, and was nowhere near related to the burly man behind me.
My back was still pressed against his front, and alongside his abs making a dent into my back, I felt something else poking at me.
