{Ciril’s POV}
Light poured into my eyes and the next thing I saw were claws swinging at me as growls reigned in the air.
They were my mother’s claws and they were fast so that I had to evade— and not retaliate.
This was the plan..
I couldn’t attack them back but only try to restrain them… hence the plan was going to be a difficult one.
More claws and fangs came at me and I swiveled around all of them before gripping Anika’s jaw when she attempted to bite me.
I pushed her away and then I bashed Princess Anita to the ground. It was a light blow that wouldn’t hurt her, but then it was still a little too strong because of the power of the Celestial State. I needed to soften my attempts a little more or else I would hurt them when I don’t intend to.
My mother came at me again. For some reason, she was the most fierce out of all of them and I suspected it was because the Dark One willed it to be so but then I didn’t have time to confirm as she aggressively came swerving for my face.
