Lucien’s POV
(18 years later)
“If you don't open the door Mira, I swear, I'm going to break the fucking door.” I yelled, but nothing could be heard apart from her tiny sobs.
My Lycan was itching to tear whoever was responsible for her tears into pieces. But first, we needed to make sure she was okay and knowing Mira, she would retreat into her shell.
“I'm okay, go away.” She replied, her voice barely above a whisper. I wouldn't have caught it if I didn't have super hearing.
I took a deep breath, attempting to calm both my Lycan and I. “You know I can't do that, Red.” I told her. “Just let me see you.” I added, and waited for her to respond.
