“Drone her, give her a double dose of narcotics, and when she wakes up, give her three,” Dante said, and my heart raced. “We don't know the rate at which she will be able to metabolize the sedative; I don't want any risks.”
I grunted and tried to break the net over me. I knew I could break it, but something was stopping me.
“That net has silver within its fibers; that's why you'll have a hard time breaking it,” Dante said, and I looked at him with disgust. “Getting to you has been a long road, but it's been wonderful and worth it.”
Someone came up behind me and injected something into my neck.
I cursed through my teeth, and the men around me laughed.
“It's too bad she's so pretty and so rude,” one of Dante's men said.
“We'll put a rag in his mouth when we have fun with her,” said another, and I was disgusted.
This situation was really bad.
