Ever since I got into a relationship with Jamal, the longest I had gone without speaking to him was for like twenty hours.
Even if we had a minor fight, we didn’t go a day without speaking to each other. He always made sure we were in contact.
But this time around, it had been three days and he still hadn’t responded to my texts. I even went over to his house a few times, but I couldn’t find him.
I was so worried.
I had to deal with his distant attitude coupled with Patrick’s disturbance. My life felt so complicated and my mental health was deteriorating.
