"Never think you've won if your enemy isn't handicapped or dead," I grinned, my dagger, dangerously at his throat.
"I can't believe you tricked me," Alec muttered under his breath and I chuckled.
"You forgot your own lesson after 3 years and lost focus for a second."
"All you needed was that second of relaxation. I can't believe you've become so dangerously fast and strong within these past years," he shook his head and I smirked, retracting the dagger from his throat.
"Well, as you know I'm pretty good," I sassed and he scoffed, rolling his eyes.
"Yea, I totally get that," he replied, sarcasm dripping in his words.
