GRAYSON
SECRETS
I can't hide the disgust I feel towards the camp I've left only a few moons ago. There are barely any Sentiels about, no one guarding the paths that led to or from; lowly Omegas roaming about as if they've got nothing to do. I don't have the time to attend to the matter, if Killian makes it to Leila first, it's all over.
I hurry inside the pack house, memories flooding back to the night when I first met Leila. The shock and indifference that reigned on her face. It's not the same like what I've seen from other human females. Most of them terrified, fleeing from my presence, others keep their head buried in the ground, almost literally.
Not Leila.
Leila looked me dead in the eye and told me she didn't like me.
I remember chuckling, the small action surprises me even now. That small nudge that created the domino effect to what we are now.
Blaze's office is empty, a first otherwise from when he's been f**king, that scent from Daina's room heavily penerating the atmo
