"How did you become the alpha leader of the north region if it wasn't passed down to you from your father?" Athena asked with a confused frown.
"Oh, we don't become the alpha leader by inheritance or by defeating the alphas in the region." Dominic answered with a small shrug, making her confused.
"Then how do you become the leader?" Athena asked with a frown as everything started to get messed up in her head again. She thought one has to fight for the position.
"Of course, we are chosen by the moon goddess, Athena. Didn't you know that?" Dominic asked, he was very confused that she didn't know such an obvious fact.
"No, genius. I didn't know that. Because I didn't go to any high school, does that ring a bell?" She said in a sarcastic tone while rolling her eyes at him, making him look at him sheepishly. Then he nodded at her in an understanding way.
"Yes, Athena. I am sorry I forgot it. But yeah, the moon goddess chooses the leader. Because the strongest one can be evil as well."
