"I hate thoem so much!" Lucia groans after we've gotten a bit away from those snobby women.
"I wonder why" I say sarcastically.
"The one thing I'm definitely going to do is ban these ladies from any future Moretti gatherings" she makes an annoyed face. "There he is!" She suddenly says excitedly. I follow her gaze, she's pointing towards a obese man who has his back to us, he's standing by the buffet with a plate full of food. I frown as Lucia pulls me towards that man's direcyion. "Papà!" She squeals loudly, the man turns in surprise.
His mouth is full of food, he chews it quickly and gulps it down, "my princess!" He puts down the plate, accepting his daughters hug. He is Lucia's father!?
I can't help but gape at him, he's so... I don't want to judge but he doesn't look like the father of such a beautiful girl. I thought Lucia's father would've been someone like Senior Capo.
