"Do you like your new room?" I nervously asked as I showed Lucille the interior of her new room.
I knew that I'd done my very best to place the items she loved most in this room, but it still made me nervous.
That feeling quickly melted away, though, when she looked around with wide eyes.
"Duckies!" she exclaimed as she observed the painted ducks on her wall. "And so many toys! Did you do this, daddy?"
I smiled and kneeled down to her level. "Do you like it, my princess?"
She enthusiastically nodded her head. "I love it! I can play in here all day!"
I chuckled and ruffled her hair in amusement. "Tomorrow, my princess. It's already late. You have to go to sleep now."
She pouted and shook her head. "But I want to play," she insisted. However, not even a second later, she already started to yawn.
